We’re on Day 8 of the Grand Prix tournament.. and as you just saw, Anthony Hazard defeated former OWA Champion Executioner in 7:07.

Wendy Ryker pinned Danny Maxx after a backslide.
Consuelo Salyards defeated Pretty Boy Monty by countout.. Monty sustained a shoulder injury and may be out of this tournament. We’ll have more details tomorrow.
Mr. America back on the winning track with a win against Johnny Stallion. America used a powerbomb to gain the win in 8:03.
Freddy Fever defeated The Shocker by disqualification. That match lasted 6:09.
Mariko defeated MegaDiesel by countout. MegaDiesel took a hard fall from the apron and was taken out of the arena on a stretcher. HE maybe out of this tournament.
Rachel Ryan pinned Johnny Fate with the Gorilla Press Powerslam in 4:45.
Johnny Blades defeated Xyz by pinfall in 22:01.
The Rainbow Warrior defeated Gustaffson by countout in 14:50
Ricky Hype defeated Mike Mustang also by countout in 6:43.
Miguel Thunder defeated Fast Fighter after a powerbomb in 12:12.
Asian Invasion defeated Stacks Coltrain by pinfall. Stacks took a nasty fall from the top rope to the floor.. Invasion rolled her in the ring for the pin. Stacks Coltrain may be out of this tournament.
Davey Scott defeated Billy Smith this time around with a powerslam in 17:34.
Tara Quinn defeated Mack Truck after a powerslam in 12:59.
Tom Tomorrow pinned Samantha Tanner with a belly to back suplex in 8:32.
As you can see this tournament is starting to take its toll on alot of the OWA wrestlers. JetStream was out before it even started, while today, we may have lost three. I’m Elaine Bryant with your Grand Prix report for January 7th. I’m filling in for Shelly Marks who had some bad sushi last night. She’ll be out for a couple of days. Important items, Pretty Boy Monty’s and Stack Coltrain’s injuries were not as bad as expected and they competed here tonight. However, MegaDiesel is out of active competition in this tourament. I understand that he and Sabin Figaro had opted not to renew their OWA contract and are no longer in the OWA. Now on to tonight’s results.
You just saw the ending of the Anthony Hazard/Ricky Hype match.. Hazard winning with a powerslam in 8:44.

Pretty Boy Monty came back to defeat Johnny Stallion with a belly to back suplex in 11:22.
