The Online Wrestling Alliance has been around in various forms for over four years. Starting on local BBS?, then moving to networked BBS?, the ImagiNation Network, and now celebrating it?s first anniversary on the Internet, the OWA has become a mainstay in e-wrestling on the InterNet. The OWA combines their male and female athletes, being one of the very few co-ed federations. But don?t let the glamour fool you. The women of the OWA have carried the OWA Championship belt on more occasions then the men. And that doesn?t mean that the men in the OWA are slouches. The tag team division is dominated almost completely by men. Tonight, the OWA presents two of it?s top stars battling for it?s top prize. The OWA Champions. The current reigning champion, Executioner puts his title on the line against the newly crowned OWA TV Champion Shogun.
This match goes back several months, when Executioner and Shogun were part of the same stable, The Family. While most members of that stable were getting title shots, Executioner was stuck in a feud with Traci Lane. Executioner finally left the Family, for Freddy Fever?s stable, known as the Plague. On his first attempt, his first match as a member of the Plague, Executioner defeated Family member, Stacks Coltrain for the OWA Championship. These two have never met in the ring. Shogun, who won the OWA TV Championship this past week on OWA Championship Wrestling, has vowed to win the OWA Championship and bring it back to the Family.

I never thought I would see the day, I would fight one of my ex-stable partners. Well If that must be the case than so be it. Executioner, I realize you have a lot of talent and experience, but you, my friend, are going to lose your belt. That’s right, The MIGHTY SHOGUN will have both belts around my waist. I hope you realize that your going up against the best martial artist in the OWA. Executioner, all I wish is that you keep the fight honorable!!! Executioner has been a fighting champion to say the least. He?s defended against the likes of former champions, Stacks Coltrain and Rachel Ryan, coming out victorious both times. He?s had a couple of controversial defenses, most notably against Monica Brant, where Freddy Fever interfered to save the belt for the Plague. Executioner was not very happy with the interference, and swears to only win with honor. Executioner plans on keeping the belt, which he is scheduled to defend at the OWA?s next PPV, A Holiday In Hell, against Traci Lane.

Shogun, up until now your career has been on an upswing, and seeing as your a member of my former stable, the Family, I will go easy on you. But don?t think for one instance that you have a chance to beat me, boy. I see this as an opportunity to get in an easy match before I go up against Hazard. A tune up match, if you will..
Bring all the martial arts you got Mighty Shogun, cause when you face The Executioner you will find out that its just not enough. Cause when I place you in the Cross Face Chicken Wing and you feel the pain and hear the snapping of vertebrae in your neck, all you will remember is saying, “Please stop, Executioner, I give up!!!”

(Shogun and Monty walk down the aisle.. heading towards the ring.. Shogun holds high the OWA TV Championship.)

(As Executioner and Fever begin to come down the aisle, Executioner turns to Fever and motions towards the locker room)

Executioner and Freddy Fever are having some words.. I think Executioner wants Freddy Fever to stay in the back for this match. You?ll remember the fiasco from Behind Enemy Lines where Freddy jumped into the match and saved the Executioner from losing the belt.

Executioner has no idea who his friends are. I mean, if it wasn?t for Freddy Fever, he?d be the EX-OWA Champion..
[Ed]
I have my doubts on that one.. Fever finally going back to the locker room.. and Executioner is on his way down to ringside. He?s kept up a busy schedule. On the first, he defended against Monica Brant.. tonight he?s taking on Shogun.. next week he battles Anthony Hazard and the week after that, at Holiday In Hell, he takes on Traci Lane inside the steel cage.
[Biff]
Traci Lane, in my personal opinion, has the number of the current OWA Champ. Now, if Shogun wins, then it?ll be an unknown.
[Ed]
Both wrestlers are in the ring.. we have a bell. They circle each other, and then lock up. OWA Champion Executioner with a bodyslam.. and an elbowsmash. Executioner with a whip, but Shogun reverses it. Executioner misses with an elbow. Shogun goes for a thrust kick to the head, but Executioner ducks. Executioner runs into the ropes. Shogun goes for a monkey flip, but Executioner blocks it and executes a gutwrench suplex. Great start by the OWA Champion.
[Biff]
We?ll see if he can withstand the onslaught of the OWA TV Champion, Shogun. Executioner with an elbowsmash. Executioner goes for a small package, but Shogun reverses it. Referee counts: One, two, kickout. Shogun throws Executioner out of the ring. Shogun goes out right after him and rams him headfirst into the ringpost, and Executioner is busted wide open!

That didn?t take long at all. Executioner whips Shogun into the guardrail, then climbs back into the ring. Shogun goes in right after him and executes a thrust kick to the head. Shogun with his finisher, the Palm Blow and a cover.. one.. two.. thre.. KICKOUT by the OWA Champion.
[Biff]
Shogun takes him down with an ipponzei. Referee counts: One, kickout. Shogun goes for a flying lariat, but Executioner counters it with a fist to the midsection. Executioner misses with a clothesline. Shogun misses with an elbow. Executioner hits Shogun with a backdrop sending Shogun out of the ring.
[Ed]
Executioner sets up a table and slams Shogun on the table. Executioner drives Shogun through the table with a brain buster!! I cannot believe it.. this match has to be over! Executioner throws Shogun back into the ring. Executioner is going for the pin. Referee counts: One, kickout. I can?t believe it! That Shogun is a man?s man. Executioner executes a side suplex. Executioner with a small package. Referee counts: One, two, kickout.

Executioner executes a bodyslam. Executioner climbs to the top turnbuckle and hits with a moonsault. Referee counts: One, two, kickout again by Shogun. Executioner runs into the ropes, but Shogun hits him with an elbow. Shogun does a few martial arts poses for the crowd.. He better get back to the Champion.. Shogun catches him in an inside cradle. Referee counts: One, two, kickout.

Shogun nails him with a spinning mule kick and a flying headbutt. Shogun with a facebite. Referee gives him a warning. Shogun with a perfect swinging neckbreaker, and another. Shogun whips Executioner into the ropes. Shogun nails him with a punch.. then another facebite! Again the referee right in there with the warning.
[Biff]
Shogun runs into the ropes, but Executioner nails him with the Running Forearm Smash. Executioner whips Shogun into the ropes, and hits him with a kick. Executioner whips Shogun into the ropes, but Shogun reverses it and nails Executioner with a spinning mule kick. Headbutt by Shogun. Shogun nails him with a clothesline.

Bamboo stick? I didn?t see that. Shogun whips Executioner into the guardrail, but Executioner reverses it and Shogun hits that guardrail himself.. Executioner knocks Shogun into the ringsteps. He?s setting him up.. for a piledriver! Executioner sets up Shogun on the table. Executioner goes to the ring apron and nails Shogun with a moonsault through the table, breaking it in half. Executioner throws Shogun back into the ring. A vicious display by our Champion.

Executioner takes him down with a German suplex. Referee counts: One, two, three. That?s it.. the moonsault took it all out of Shogun. Let?s go to the ring announcer for our official decision.
